Uniforms, AGM and meet the coaches

Dear Ruapehu Snow Sports Members,
Our AGM is scheduled for 2pm Saturday 4 July at the Ohakune Club, 71 Goldfinch St, Ohakune. It would be great to see as many parents and supporters as possible at the AGM. All parents of athletes registered on a Ruapehu Sport programme have voting rights and are eligible to be nominated for the committee. If you are keen to be involved or would like to nominate someone please contact Robin Dixon robin@waimarinolodge.co.nz
Please note all nominations should be received by e mail by—July 1st, with person Nominating and Seconding.

12.30—Uniform Distribution at Ohakune Club
To receive your uniform you must pay your Bond to RSS (CHEQUE OR CASH, EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES)
E Athletes will need to be allocated the NEW BLACK JACKET for this season, please return your 2008 uniform. Vest & soft shells will be available for sale
2pm - AGM at Ohakune Club
3pm - Meet the coaches with John A and his flock - informal Bar open.
Please bring a plate for a finger food snack with drinks.
