During the season we will be doing dryland activities and fitness tesing on bad weather days. In addition to this we have put together some fitness programmes you can do at home during midweek and after skiing each day.
Running and jumping correctly will be one of our main focuses for the coming school holidays. Below are some programmes you can download and a log to keep track of your training.
